Eric Rosenkranz

Eric Rosenkranz

Eric joined Ambient Digital in January 2013 as Chairman, after consulting with the Group for the prior two years. A non-executive, Eric advises on strategic issues.

Eric has worked in the advertising business for 30+ years, including 20 years at Grey Global Group where he was CEO of Asia Pacific as well as CEO of Latin America. As Vice Chairman of Focus Media China, he led their successful NASDAQ listing.

In addition to running e.three, a strategic advisory he founded in 2004, Eric serves on the Boards of several Asian start-ups. He has lived and worked in North America, Europe, South America as well as nearly 20 years in Asia.

Andrew Stephens

Andrew is a co-founder and has been Chief Executive Officer of Ambient Digital since the company was established in 2010. Andrew oversees the company’s regional commercial functions, including Sales, Client Services and Marketing.

Prior to joining Ambient Digital, Andrew served as Regional Director for WPP’s Kinetic, where he managed P&L responsibility and strategy for expansion of business footprint into new markets across South East Asia.

Andrew is a 20 + year veteran of the Advertising industry with international experience and over 14 years living and conducting business in countries throughout South East Asia including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, The Philippines, Hong Kong, Cambodia and Myanmar.

Matthew Robinson

Matthew became Ambient Digital’s Chief Operating Officer in July 2014, having joined Ambient Digital’s parent company, Q1 Group, as COO in January 2014, a role he still fulfills. He is responsible for Ambient Digital’s regional operational functions, specifically in the areas of processes, systems and efficiencies. Matthew also serves as Director of Ambient Digital Thailand and is Acting MD of Ambient Digital Philippines.

Prior to joining Q1 Group and Ambient Digital, Matthew was the Asia Pacific Chief Information Officer for GroupM, the world’s leading group of Media Advertising businesses. He was responsible for all aspects of Technology in the Asia Pacific region, with particular focus on business systems and Ad Tech.

Matthew has eighteen years Global experience in the Media and Advertising industries and has worked on projects in five continents. Since 2005 he has been based in Asia, where his experience has spanned the region, from Pakistan in the West to Japan in the East, Korea in the North to Australia in the South – and just about everywhere in between!

Huy Truong

Chief Technology Officer
2010 – Present

Theorized, designed and built the platform currently used by Ambient Digital.

Huy joined Ambient Digital since day one. Huy oversees the establishment and development of all platforms managed and operated by Ambient Digital (Ad Network Platform, Supply Side Platform, Ad Exchanges…).

Prior to joining Ambient Digital, Huy led a solid technical team to build and develop a big e-commerce portal and an affiliate platform at ECOM JSC in Vietnam.

Huy has 14+ year experience in online industry – over 12 years leading technical teams to build various digital platforms of high performance and big data.

Gert G. Nielsen

Chief Financial Officer
2015 – Present

Gert joined Ambient Digital Group in January 2015 as Group Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the Board of Directors, he is responsible for the group’s finance functions.

Gert came from SSA Marine as SSA Vietnam Financial Advisor/ Country CFO and on the ground finance lead on the project financing of US$ 255M infrastructure projects in Vietnam.

Previously he held leading finance roles with Kieler Co. Ltd, Marriott, Radisson SAS Blu, Swiss Thai Hotel Management Group, and EAC Dumex.

Gert has 20+ years of financial management experience – over 15 of those gained in multinational companies while based in Asia (Thailand, China and Vietnam) across industries such as FMCG, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Stevedoring.
